Delivery and Returns

When will my item be dispatched?

For any cases we hold in stock (non personalised, generic cases) and fashion accessories, shipping is within 24-48 working hours excluding weekends. 

How long do personalised items take?

All of our personalised items are produced in house in the UK. If you order before 11am your order will usually be shipped out the same day, however during busy periods we ask all customers to allow a dispatch time of 1-3 working days. This applies to all GLOSS, MATTE & TOUGH cases. 

For clear cases, please allow 4-7 working days for delivery. 

How long is delivery?

We sent all items via Royal Mail first class standard post which usually arrives in 1-3 working days. 

What is your Refund Policy?

All refund requests must be made via DM on our Instagram page @sassyonlineuk within 28 working days of our dispatch date. We do not accept returns or refunds on any personalised items unless the item is faulty or we have made an error. Please ensure you enter the correct details and check any initials or names entered at checkout stage before you commit to your purchase, we cannot accept any responsibility for customer errors on made to order items. As soon as an order is placed, it is sent straight to the production team and we do not at this stage have the option to change any details on the order.
