When will my item be dispatched?

For any cases that we hold in stock (excluding personalised items) shipping is within 24 working hours excluding weekends.

How long do personalised items take?

All of our personalised items are produced in house in the UK. We advise a wait of 7-9 working days to all customers to ensure we can maintain our high-quality service level Often our cases are shipped out much sooner, however due to the volume of orders we receive we cannot guarantee this. If you need a case for a specific date, please get in touch and we can look into this for you.

How long is delivery?

We offer two delivery methods which both use Royal Mail standard service. First class mail is estimated within 1-3 working days and second class mail is estimated within 2-5 workings days.

What is your Refund Policy?

All refund requests must be made via email to: info@sassyonline.co.uk within 28 working days of our dispatch date. We do not accept returns on any personalised items unless the item is faulty. Please ensure you enter the correct details and check any initials or names entered at checkout stage before you commit to your purchase. If you have any further refund queries please email us and we will be happy to assist you.
